IIA Ghana 25th Anniversary Conference
Privacy & Data Notice
This explains what we collect when you register, how we use it, who can see it, and how long we keep it. In short: only what we need to run the conference, seen only by the organisers, and deleted within a month of the event ending.
01Who collects your data
The Institute of Internal Auditors Ghana collects the information you submit through the registration form, in order to plan and run IIA Ghana 25th Anniversary Conference.
02What we collect
Your name, institution or organisation, email address, contact number, and whether you are a registered member of the Institute. That is all — we do not ask for anything further at registration.
03How we use it
To confirm your place, send you your delegate pass, communicate conference details, and handle payment. We do not sell your data or use it for anything unrelated to this event.
04Who can see it
Only the conference organisers. Registration data is stored in a private, access-controlled spreadsheet, and dashboard accounts are limited to what each role needs — a door volunteer, for example, can admit delegates without seeing the register at all.
05How long we keep it
We keep your registration details only until up to one month after the conference ends, then delete them. For IIA Ghana 25th Anniversary Conference that means your registration details are deleted by November 14, 2026.
06Consent
By submitting the form you confirm the details you have provided are yours and accurate, and that you agree to this notice. You must be 18 or older to register.
07Your choices
You can ask to see, correct or delete your registration details at any time — just contact the secretariat or email info@iiaghana.com.gh.
